Benadryl in the UK contains Acrivastine which also contains pseudoephedrine, this should never be given to dogs. In the US the active ingredient is Diphenhydramine which is viewed as safe. Please be aware of this.

Really? 1mg per pound? My dog, the vet said, allergies and diabetes But his nose is so stuffed with crusty boogies Sorry for the blunt boogies image But he is struggling to get air in that nose! He won't let me get the boogie out So he's 100 pounds, so 4 benadryl 25mg tabs.. Seems too much??

Right. My dog is 225lbs. 9 tablets seems too high. My Vet recommended 3.
